What to eat, what to drink, what to wear, with added elements of where to do these things.
I’ve just spent some time in Scotland with Knitty and that pretty much covers what we chat about. We also have practical sessions of eating and drinking, and extensive sessions of clothes shopping, in addition to trying on our entire wardrobe contents, all while continuing the chatting. We take walks, we do a bit of talking about walking. We skim over politics and concentrate on less contentious things like nights out in the 80’s. We laugh. Knitty knits, the chat continues. As I write I realise that Mr Knitty is obviously a saint to put up with it, mind you he was building an elaborate shed so may not have noticed the constant natter.
I’m not sure how long it would take us to get bored, in our youth we covered said topics for years with the added activities of clubbing, dancing and occasionally having boyfriends.
Next visit I propose reinstating the dancing, no need for a club situation, the lounge or kitchen will do just fine.
I had a great time.
However, between this visit and next we’re both concentrating on eating and drinking less, so that we are able to extend our what to wear options.

This llama was my favourite thing I saw in Scotland this visit, I think it might be mutual..
