Snow, so exciting, so beautiful, at least for a moment.
It makes a child in a red padded play suit of us all.
We are also aware that it is rare for the fluffy white stuff to hang around for very long, or indeed stay white and fluffy for very long.
No one more so than the hastily built, horrified snowmen in the park apparently.
